Shipping Information

Usually, it takes about 4–5 working days for the order to be delivered. However, during our Sale Period, shipping may take 7–10 working days.

Delivery charges vary depending on product and order total. Delays in transit are possible due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Packages Lost in Transit

It may take up to 4–5 working days to investigate complaints, locate the package, or issue a replacement.

Product Damaged or Stolen During Shipping

A product is considered damaged if received with torn fabric or physical damage due to mishandling.

A product is considered stolen if the package is received with a broken seal, empty parcel, or missing items.

Please contact our Customer Care within 14 days of receiving the order. You may be asked to share digital images of the parcel for claim verification.

Payment Information

Payments through Credit / Debit Card or other online methods undergo fraud checks and are processed only after approval by the payment processor.

Orders failing verification may be cancelled.
Credit card orders require up to 48 working hours for bank verification.

Refund & Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied, we accept returns of unused and unworn products within 30 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required. Refunds are processed through the original payment method, excluding delivery charges and COD sales tax.

Return Process

Step 1: Contact us on WhatsApp, Facebook, or Instagram with your order number and parcel receipt.

Step 2: Our representative will offer an exchange or refund. If approved, a similar product or refund can be offered within 15 days of delivery.

Step 3: If a refund is approved, the product must be returned to our Karachi warehouse. After inspection, the refund will be processed to JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account.

If you request an exchange, the new product will be delivered free of cost after the original item reaches our warehouse.
